Virginia Beach is truly surrounded by water...the mighty Atlantic Ocean, the expansive Chesapeake Bay, and the vast freshwater estuary, Back Bay, just to name a few.  So, if you own a boat, why not consider bringing it on your visit to Virginia Beach.

  Fulmer Properties will be glad to make arrangements with a local marina to provide either in-the-water mooring or dry storage space for your boat during your stay.  The marina is a full service marine facility that can serve all of your boating needs.  As well, there are two fine restaurants at the marina with countless others nearby.  From the marina, you'll have access to beautiful Broad Bay and Linkhorn Bay (great for water skiing), and the Chesapeake Bay is less than a mile away.

 
If you do plan to bring your boat along, it is necessary to give Fulmer Properties notice well in advance as space is limited.
