The cottage consists of two attached units...the front cottage has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a roomy greatroom highlighted by yellow pine wainscoating, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There's a small private side yard for lounging and grilling. The rear unit provides three bedrooms ( one with king bed, one with queen bed and thrid bedroom is equiped with a bunk-bed...with doubles and a twin...total sleeping capacity for nine guests), two full bathrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, a large greatroom accented with yellow pine wainscoating, a diningroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Outside is a private fenced yard shaded by an ancient water oak. Best of all, a spacious ( 16' X 28' ) new deck provides lots of space for outdoor living.

The Public Access Way to the bay beach is just a two minute walk from the cottage. The beach is very wide having just been replinished, and is never crowded since there are very few public parking spaces available.
