Vacation Rental Policies
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Discover, Mastercard, Money Order, Personal Check, Visa...payments may be made in as many as six interest-free installments... all monies due at least 45 days prior to check-in date.
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 10 a.m.
Required Stay: Saturday to Saturday
Lodging Tax: 13%
Cancellation Policy: Submitted deposit will be refunded if and when booked week is re-rented to another party at the same rate...an 18% cancellation fee will be charged.
Deposits: Upon booking, one sixth of the week's rental charges is due within five (5) days The remaing payments are due 45 days prior to the check-in date...
Other Fees: 1. A Virginia Beach City lodging tax of 13% is due... 2. A cleaning fee of $130.00 is due.. ***THREE NIGHT RENTALS: (in "off season" only... 01/01 through 05/17 and 09/22 through 12/31)... $2450.00, plus tax (13%) and cleaning fee ($130)
Other Policies: "The Contemporary Castle" is a non-smoking home and we request that you strictly honor this policy. We have provided recepticles on the outside decks where smoking is, of course, allowed. We regret that we cannot allow your pets in our home; however, nearby is a wonderful "pet hotel" where you can board your pet. It provides exceptional care and amenities so that your pet, too, will have a wonderful vacation! PLEASE NOTE: HOLIDAY WEEKS HAVE SPECIAL PRICES, GENERALLY, $300-$500 ADDITIONAL!
